Industrialization Specialist

   Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree prefably from Chemical, Food or Mechanical Engineering departments,
• Minimum 2 years of experience,  
• Excellent command of English,
• Proficient in using MS Office applications and SAP,
• No military obligation for male candidates. 

Job Description

• Planning, organizing and carrying out scale-up trials for new products,
• Coordinating and conducting trials for cost-saving projects,
• Determination of product weight information,
• Conducting competitor product review and comparison studies,
• Collaborating with production, quality and planning departments,
• Determining the parameters required for production (mixing speed, temperature, torque, etc.),
• Keeping all records of industrialization trials and reporting and publishing trial results,
• Communicate effectively between relevant departments to execute projects,
• Supporting the Production department when necessary,
• Regularly reporting the progress and status of industrialization trials and projects,
• Following the stability processes of industrialization outputs together with the affiliated technicians,
• Carrying out alternative / new packaging and label trials on the production line.
