QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• Master or graduate degree in City and Region Planning, Business Administration or related field
• Min. three years of experience in real estate, land acquisition, title and land records
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply these skills to analyze business environment
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Turkey frequently
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with feasibility studies and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to explain budgeting and financial information in plain terms
• Confidence in taking initiative
• Fluency in spoken and written English
İŞ TANIMI
This position will be responsible for both expanding and management of companies’ real estate portfolio.
- Consult and negotiate with landowners and/or their agents in land or store acquisition including facilitating meetings with landowners
- Negotiate agreements and resolve conflicts
- Approve the rent invoices of Koçtaş portfolio by monitoring with accounting and finance teams
- Search new alternative sites especially for city center format
- Report monthly and annually lease data and preparing the lease budgets
- Obtain appraisals and prepare reports and recommendations on acquisitions and proposed projects
- Review and interpret laws, regulations, construction drawings, plots, zoning and deeds
