Job Description

• To develop HR processes (recruitment, promotion / assignment, performance, training, employee engagement, headcount management, HR process & system management etc.) and to develop necessary system according to business priorities 
• To be the first contact of employees about all HR related topics.
• Discuss and proactively follow all the HR related needs and requests of the business lines’ managers 
• Recruitment process - Discussing staff needs, screening applications, conducting interviews and offer process and onboarding,
• Performance and Career Management - Participating in career development issues, discussing career paths with line managers, recommending suitable career moves (transfers, promotions) for employees,
• Employee Relations - Investigating and resolving day-to-day employee related issues in coordination with the line managers,
• Conducting exits interviews,
• Reporting - Advising management and employees on personnel matters by preparing periodic reports/briefs,
• Management & improvement of HR Operations processes
• Reporting Human Resources KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Advanced level of English
• Preferably Min.8 years of experience HR Business Partnership experience
• Advanced level of internal customer focus, analytical and problem solving skills,
• Effective communication, presentation and project management skills
• Coordination, organization, planning skills are must
• Working knowledge on Turkish Labor Law.
