QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree,

8 years experience in the real estate sector,

Previously worked in branded projects,

Excellent command of English,

Give priority to customer management and satisfaction,

Knowledgeable about pre sale and after sale process,

Good command of MS Office applications,

Must possess valid B class driving license and no restrictions to travel


JOB DESCRIPTION 

Developing and enhancing different creative selling plans and programs and implementing them to step up the sales of all the commodities and services when they are set up in the company,

Follow up projects to find new and potential customers to create new business opportunities,

Managing the sales and call center team,identifying new markets,building a sale and business strategy,

Enhancing and upholding good bonds with the international clients to step up the business of the establishment,

Doing competitor analysis and evaluation of the market,

Preparing price offers and follow-up customer orders,

Develop and improve the marketing communication strategy to support sales growth,

Making sure that the sales operations are completed in agreement with the regulations and policies of the organization,

Focusing on growing and developing existing and potential clients together with generating new business abroad,

Suggesting the application of new sales programs and strategies in order to achieve the sales quotas and business sales targets of the organization,

Doing all other jobs and duties that fit him and suit his area of responsibilities and duties and completing all those tasks
