Thanks to its experienced and diversified team, it continues to grow with increasing momentum. We are looking for an experienced site manager for our next projects, which will be located in different cities in Turkey.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor or Master Degree in the civil engineering field

·         Turnkey wind farm experience is a plus

·         Minimum 4 years of experience in the wind energy industry or building industry

·         Excellent English communications skills (German knowledge is a plus)

·         Functions effectively under pressure in environments of rapid change and conflicting demands and is capable of multi-tasking

·         Strong knowledge of safety procedures and management

·         Demonstrated ability in coaching, mentoring, motivating and developing employees to achieve a highly aligned, motivated and engaged team

·         Effective change and conflict management. Proven decision-making ability with balanced risk-taking. Ability to apply expertise to get results

·         Ability to understand and utilize detailed technical information to solve complex problems

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Execute project ensuring it meets agreed specifications, budgets and time

·         Manage subcontractors and control all working permits/authorizations are in place

·         Daily management and progressing of site activities in cooperation with internal and external resources ensuring time schedule from site establishment to turbine/plan test completion

·         Interpret and explain contracts and technical information

·         Comply with legal requirements, construction and safety codes, and other regulations

·         Liaising with clients and reporting progress

·         Responsible for implementing Turbine Manufacturer health & safety rules for Turbine Manufacturer and subcontractor on-site and maintaining quality control procedures

·         Checking and preparing site reports including a summary of erection progress, specific quality documentation and as-built documents, registration of site activities and reporting to the project and project manager

·        Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project

·        Responsible for as-built documentation

·        Site visits/inductions

·        Follow-up on delivery schedules and shipping coordination, control, registration and approval of arriving goods

·         Hand-over to customer and service
