Sales Executive

For our business that is operating in Spice Industry, we are looking for a “Sales Executive” who is located in Izmir. This role will be responsible for sales and marketing of spices in worldwide.

The responsibilities;

• Manage the entire foreign trade operation process (export trade agreements)
• Contact with the potential customers and improve the current portfolio
• Cooperate with the management to define optimum pricing strategy for quotations
• Prepare quotations according to customer requirements and follow-up
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Manage supplier relations, pooling potential suppliers, concluding contracts in compliance with company policies
• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase sales volume and expand the customer base
• Present portfolio in exhibitions and summits
• Prepare daily, monthly and yearly sales reports and present to the management
• Ensure the customer satisfaction in compliance with company policies

Qualification for this job;

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales&marketing
• Very good knowledge in sales&marketing of spices in foreign markets,
• Experienced in Spice Industry
• Foreign-based customer portfolio is preferred
• Excellent command of English
• Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills
• No restriction for travel abroad
