General Qualifications:

Emlakpark, a leading corporate real estate firm with over 50 years of experience in the sector, is seeking a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist who will contribute value to the team in line with its broad vision and growth goals. We are looking for proactive, creative, and confident team members who will join the Emlakpark family, enhance our brand awareness, manage digital marketing and social media strategies, and generate creative solutions.

Job Description:

1. Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, in line with the company's goals.

2. Content Creation: Produce engaging and impactful content related to the real estate sector to increase brand awareness.

3. Social Media Management: Actively manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter to increase the follower base.

4. Follow Current Trends: Keep up with digital marketing and social media trends to keep company accounts up-to-date and gain a competitive advantage.

5. Interaction Analysis: Analyze social media interactions to revise and improve strategies.

6. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns and events.

Qualifications:

1. At least a university graduate with education in communication, media, or marketing.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.

3. Creative mindset, capable of producing original content.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. Team player, proactive, and solution-oriented.

6. Stay updated with current digital marketing and social media trends.

7. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools.

8. Analytical mindset and result-oriented.

9. Reside in or be able to commute to Istanbul, Büyükçekmece without transportation issues.
