QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Kale Group founded Kale Pratt & Whitney Uçak Motor San. A.Ş on 2010 after partnering with Pratt & Whitney, which is a division of Raytheon Technologies, one of the leading organizations of the aviation sector. Kale Pratt & Whitney has a total of 16.250 m2 facilities in Aegean Free Zone; the company is one of the leading aviation companies in Turkey and its facilities contain many special processes. The company was founded with a 51% Kale Group and 49% Pratt & Whitney partnership, its main field of activity is the manufacturing of aircraft engine parts and subassembly groups.

We are looking for a  ‘Business Development & Sales Manager’  in accordance with the following specifications.

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering departments, 
  • Min. 10 years experience in Business Developments&Sales area - especially aerospace/aviation industries (5+ years management experience),
  • High level of proficiency in English,
  • Good at reporting and presentation and sales and marketing skills,
  • Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills,
  • Strategic minded, commercial awareness and result oriented, 
  • No restriction for travelling.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve and maximise sales targets and expand our customer base, as well as maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients,
  • Maintaining current corporate business relations,
  • Coordinate and generate risk and business risk management plans,
  • Manage good customer relations and future growth opportunities,
  • Actively research and define innovations in the target markets with the objective to develop strategies, to discover and evaluate new business opportunities and create the overall sales and business development strategic plan,
  • Tracking and managing orders received from customers,
  • Management and coordination of configuration engineering changes,
  • Represent Kale Pratt&Whitney at conferences and industry events.
