QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering

• Minimum 2 years experience with quality control applications including receiving inspection, dimensional inspection and mechanical testings. Non Destructive Testing knowledge is plus,

• Knowledge of  AS9100 and/or other QMS (ISO 9001 etc.) requirements,

• Good English proficiency in terms of writing and speaking,

• Experience with quality and process control tools such as APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA

• Experience with geometric tolerances and dimensioning and dimensional inspection tools and methods,

• Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)

• No military obligation for male candidates

• Reside in Anatolian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible to the proper execution of all test and inspection activities according to the relevant documentation

• Preparing and updating necessary documents, instructions, procedures and check lists regarding the quality control activities,

• Monitoring and management of work order priorities comes from ERP system and taking  proper actions to realize planned jobs on quality control stations,

• Participating in project platform meetings to determine and execute the actions to be completed,

• Monitoring and reporting daily, weekly and monthly Quality Control KPI’s and creating actions to achieve the targets,

• Managing 5S activities within the quality control areas,

• Managing qualification and skill levels of the Quality Control Team members and providing /organizing necessary trainings,

• Participating to the customer and 3rd party  audits  as an authorized Quality Control representative.
