QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

As Kaizen’s first people leader, you’ll be in charge of the entire people & culture function of the company. Our team is a multidisciplinary group with experience from across the technology industry.

You'll make Kaizen a place to work where our people can grow and thrive as part of a community they belong in.You will work in a variety of areas (compliance, compensation, employee programs, recruitment & culture) in ways that make employees work lives better and easier to navigate and allows them to feel connected to Kaizen.

You’ll work closely with our founders to develop and lead all people & culture to create agile organization to provide the best environment for our people.


What you’ll be doing;


Develop people initiatives

• Happiness, engagement, training, resources planning, company culture enhancement, employee development,

Shape and nurture our culture, while aligning with our values, mission, and vision

Provide valued consultation, build partnerships, coach and influence senior leadership 


Recruitment & Compensation

Lead and grow our talent team to meet the company’s growth targets. 

Coordinate the annual pay increase process and associated compensation communication 

Participate in evolution of compensation, bonus, commissions, and incentive programs


Compliance, Reporting & Budgeting

Work with our legal/compliance to maintain HR legal requirements and best practices, and make relevant policy recommendations to ensure compliance,

Set up and administer the HR policies and procedures, 

Coordinate various government reporting requirement


Employee Programs: 

Suggest new HR policies and strategies to improve candidate and employee experience,

Manage some areas of benefits such as insurance, employee leave programs,


What we’d like to See.

Have 2+ years of experience as an HR professional at startups or tech companies

A deep sense of empathy and understanding for the needs of diverse groups of people,

Experience in employee relations, researching & implementing compensation structure, and performance managements,

Experience working closely with talent teams & headhunters, 

Demonstrated success maintaining culture in a multidisciplinary-people-powered company,

Have a solid understanding of legal compliance and regulations in relation to Turkish labor law.
