We are looking for an experienced “Portfolio Management Specialist” who will be part of JLL Turkey Retail Consultancy business and who will have the opportunity to put his/her experience for our prestigious and still growing local and international real estate agency projects.

What this job involves

• Lease investments, follow the standart operations procedures
• Lease renewals and coordinations, preparing the comparable financial tables and carrying out the communication with related departments
• Lease arrangement (managing all process of lease arrangements from expiries to early determination)
• Preparation of change request forms for branches and ATMs, adata quality, end-to-end process tracking (including obtaining approvals), and its coordination
• Lease arrangement (leasing and subletting), real estate new acquisitions, real estates arrangements
• Control and build/manage all reporting requirements regarding lease contracts
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders and great skills of coordination

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
• 3+ years total professional experience-in related
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent MS Office Knowledge
• Excellent in time management and interpersonal skills which include both written and oral communication
• Should have a valid driving license
• Self-motivated and result driven
• Good communicator, negotiator and strong negotiation skills
