These products perform key functions within entire systems such wetrooms, pools, buildings waterproofing. Some of the products are sealing membranes, sealing tapes, expansion joint tapes. We develop tailor made solutions to customer requirements, market expectations and market future in the construction material for mostly construction chemicals manufacturer as a private label supplier. Sales Support Specialist 

We are looking for a “Sales Support Specialist” who is responsible for tracking sales leads, creating and coordinationg quotes with sales packs, supporting sales team and production, managing customer accounts in Turkey and Middle east regions (Internationally).

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or other technical departments (Civil engineering or architecture)
•  Fluent in English
• Wants to its career in sales and marketing departments,
• Strategic minded, result oriented, 
• Self-motivated
• Well organized and good at time management skills ;systematic;reliable and team worker
• Proactive and efficient in finding and implementing creative solutions to a variety of issues
• Residence in Istanbul/Anatolian Side
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job describtion

• Provides overall support to sales, operations, logistics, internal peers and order execution with clients
• Interacts with clients in a clear and professional manner
• Coordination and information traffic with internal departments and external logistics service providers to ensure shipment and delivery of shipment documents
• Works with customer and internal departments to facilitate payment as to defined payment terms inclusive payment reminders
• Monitors and checks delivery of orders, provides status updates and confirm delivery schedules
