We are currently seeking “Process & Maintanence Responsible ” to be a part of our Operation  Team who will serve the requirements of the Company with the following qualifications for our Ümraniye and Seyrantepe locations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electric & Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering,
• At least 4 -5 years of experience at a relevant position in automotive industry,
• Knowledge about lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, SMED, material flow optimization, assembly line balancing)
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, lean manufacturing and/or JIT supply
  
• Total productive maintanence knowledge is preferable,
• Vulcanization and/or injection process knowledge is preferable,
• Very good command of English both written and spoken, second language is an asset,

• Process knowledge of rubber, plastic or textile parts

• ERP/MRP system knowledge
• Dynamic and self-motivated
• Very good command of English, 
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-On, “Gemba”-Mentality
• Analytical minded, flexible, goal oriented and initiative taker
• Owner of a class B driving license,
• No travel restrictions, international and local
• No military service obligations 

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to Operations Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for;

• Following up all the machines in the field and involving in optimizing and efficiency process works,
• Implementing the product specifications and performance criterias of the product to the production process (including development of the process parameters),
• Making the feasibility of the machinary investments,
• Ensuring consistent and effective operation of the mixing and vulcanization processes,
• Preparing technical specifications for new machines, get offers and ensure order is placed,
• Planing, developing and improving the production methods and material movements  in order to increase OEE,
• Preparing the production plan of all plants
• Monitoring the automation system and implementing process inspection,
• Building and managing the toolshop,
• Implementing TPM and coordinating the maintanence activities of the rubber plant, machinary and moulds,
• Putting into Operation New Facilities and Machines,
• Organizing New Mechanical's Approval Processes.
