QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Alternative building solutions for accommodation, outdoor events and adventure tourism is the business of our international and fast developing client dealing with unique functional, sustainable and flexible products which are pre-fabricated and alternative structures. Their products range from exclusive accommodations units, restaurants and conference rooms through a recreation space which are inspiring experiences one will never forget.

For their expansion, they are looking for their existing Turkish market who can develop business and also has self-motivated and hands on personalities to be a Sales Manager – Istanbul.


In this role your

Tasks:

  • Creating and executing sales plans
  • Networking, contacting and acquiring new customers, customer care
  • Offer preparation and negotiations


Job Duties:

  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results
  • Establish sales objectives and developing annual sales for whole Turkey
  • Implementing field sales action plans
  • Screening market, (products, pricing, supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors)
  • Following up
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to team effort


Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have a ready network in the event and tourism sector
  • You are able to work independently
  • You are willing to work flexible hours and time-frame (weekends, long days etc)
  • You build and execute a marketing and sales plan
  • You bring a university degree or equivalent experience with a good and proven track record
  • You are fluent in English
  • You report to international managers


You are further meeting your sales goals, be a good negotiator, be alert to customer needs, and can plan sales and activities, you are a relationships builder, and can manage processes, you bring market knowledge, developing budgets and be self-motivated like an entrepreneur.


The offer:

Our client is open to compensate the right candidate with a fix salary and clear bonus schema, a company car or compensation and provides necessary tools. In this role you report directly to the international HQ and related people. As this a typical fast moving company with high potantial, you will find a flat hierarchies and direct, easy and open communication.

More than 6 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
