We are looking for a CEO Office Analyst with the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience at global consulting firms
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable, top-tier university in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or relevant field, MBA or a relevant master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in financial technologies, payment systems, technology, banking/finance sectors is a plus
- Preferably start-up, business development, management consulting or investment banking origin
- Proficiency with analytical, reporting and presentation tools such as; Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
- Ability to think creatively with an out of the box approach
- Strong communication skills to persuade both internal and external stakeholders on strategic issues
- Ability to manage time effectively and foster a multidisciplinary approach
- Very strong analytical skills
- Result-oriented, problem solver with provided resources and proactive thinker with decision making ability
Job Description:
- Designing accurate analysis models to answer various business related questions and assist decision making throughout the company
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting on various business topics using reporting tools
- Prepare business reports/presentations to investors and strategic partners
- Support and lead strategic business initiatives assigned by management team
- Working with various departments on assigned projects to increase revenue
- Determination and implementation of pricing strategy
- Develop and maintain pricing tools and models
- Monitor market and competition closely, spot pricing opportunities, and provide professional input and advice to top management on pricing strategy
- Work with sales departments to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Forecast margins to help the business understand the impact of promotional and seasonal pricing
- Train and give insights to sales team and key stakeholders to increase their pricing knowledge
