JOB DECRIPTION

We are looking for a User Experience Designer who will be responsible for designing experiences for internal digital assets (call center displays, dealer interfaces, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS

·       5+ years of proven work experience as a UX Designer or similar role that centred on creating coherent experiences.

·       A solid understanding of the design and product development processes

·       Deep understanding of user centred design process from need finding to usability testing

·       Experience in wire-framing and prototyping,

·       Proficiency in visual design tools like Sketch or the Adobe design package

·       Solid understanding of responsive web design and mobile application design guidelines

·       Ability to learn and analyse current product base, business models and technology

·       Strong communication skills and teamwork

Responsibilities:

·       Research, explore, and understand opportunities to enhance current screens

·       Conduct ongoing usability research and testing to gauge effectiveness to decrease transaction durations.

·       Leverage analytics to make recommendations and improvements based on those results.

·       Produce wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, working prototypes and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

·       Design visually compelling user interfaces and create the design documents. 

·       Work closely both with technical and business teams.
