QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

INO Networks Group is a premium global agent network organisation for professional freight forwarders and logistics companies. We provide a logistics partnering opportunity to freight forwarders, globally, with reputable agents that will increase shipment volume, productivity, sales and marketing activities. INO Networks Group filters freight forwarders and logistics companies, selects the best possible agents and gathers them under strategy-focused groups.

We are looking for Accounting Responsible who are willing to pursue a career in an international company to be employed in Çanakkale.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all of the accounting functions,
  • Making bank transactions,
  • Prepare and control payment lists,
  • Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders,
  • Keeping, booking and controlling of all accounting records,
  • Entering all financial documents into the accounting system,
  • Following tax payments and returns with the company’s CPA,
  • Implementing AR/AP transactions and follow up the collections and payments,
  • Carry out transactions related to wage, fringe benefits and social benefits,
  • Ensure personnel files are maintained and archived in accordance with the statutes,
  • Preparing invoices and sending to the clients and carrying out related correspondences,
  • General various analyses and financial reports for the management,
  • Working in coordination with the company's CPA.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economy related fields,
  • Minimum 2 years relevant accounting experience,
  • SMMM intern qualification is a plus,
  • Good command of the English language, in particular in e-mail correspondences,
  • Knowledge of E-Invoice, E-Archive and E- Ledger,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Experience with financial reporting requirements,
  • Excellent corporate and interpersonal communication skills,
  • High energy, detail focused, action-oriented, honest and reliable,
  • Be competent in solution focused, planned, teamworking and time management issues,
  • Able to travel locally and internationally,
  • Living in Çanakkale or ready to live in Çanakkale.

Working Hours:

09:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday)

09:00-13:00 (Saturday-Periodical)
