Major customers of the company are fixed line and GSM operators in Turkey and abroad, banks, as well as other prominent organizations in the manufacturing, public and service industries.


Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools; Wily, HP RUM,
  •  Jenkins, Sharepoint, Source control tools
  •  SQL, PL / SQL, shell, Powershell programming experience,
  •  Experience in UNIX and Windows based operating systems,
  •  Experience in SDLC and ITIL processes (certification is preferred for ITIL).
  •  Must be able to perform analytical and root cause analysis,
  •  Strong customer relations,
  •  Prone to teamwork,
  •  Good command of English (written / oral),
  •  High communication and presentation skills,
  •  Completed military service (for male candidates),
  •  Taking initiative, proactive and innovative approach,
  •  Active in inter-departmental projects, can see the big picture and direct the relevant teams,
  •  Prone to multi-faceted work, able to prioritize the work well, and provide efficiency in business outputs under time pressure,
  •  Having a creative, proactive and analytical perspective in problem solving,
  •  Adapt to rapid change and make a difference by evaluating the opportunities in the changes,
  •  Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Job Descrıptıon: 

  • Ensuring that the operating systems and platforms of Türk Telekom Corporate Applications are accessible and available 24/7,
  •  Determination of needs / problems / improvements, finding solutions,
  •  Maintenance support investment budget planning and planned-actual budget follow-up,
  • Engaging in the preparation of maintenance and support contracts related to the responsible applications,
  • Determining service based capacity needs and capacity planning according to changing and developing business needs,
  • Alarm / status / event monitoring, alarm handling, troubleshooting,
  • Vendor management, capacity planning, implementation / performance tuning,
  • Determining the technical KPIs related to the products and services under his responsibility and following the SLA,
  • Carrying out daily / periodic maintenance and support activities of the services and platforms it operates,
  • Ensuring the compliance of the service with operational and operational quality standards within the scope of the Operational Phase Leadership,
  • Determining / evaluating and implementing improvement areas of the services and platforms it operates, ensuring the necessary coordination,
  • Establishing the necessary measurement infrastructure for service monitoring and performance monitoring
  • End-to-end follow-up of services such as accessibility, performance, prevention of customer complaints related to changes,
  • Resolving the events (customer complaint, fault, performance problem, user problem) and finding temporary / permanent solutions,
  • L2 operation support of responsible applications, planning and realization of application activation phases
  • Inspection of errors from end users (Database data checks, etc.), defect opening and monitoring of software problems,
  • Meeting user authorization requests
