If you want to be the “Procurement Assistant Vice President / Specialist”(depending on years of experience) in our Financial Control and Treasury Group to be responsible for managing procurement projects within time, cost and quality constraints,attending bank wide projects and coordinating, reporting, improving processes;

If you think you have most of the followingqualifications;

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Minimum 2 years of similar experience

·         Experience in SAP or other ERP software is a plus

·         Willing to specialize in procurement activities

·         Excellent communication and analytical skills; result-oriented and ready to adapt to changes; good at problem solving and know-how about data analysis, reporting

·         Good command of MS Office Programs

·         Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish

If you think you may take charge of the followingresponsibilities;

·         Learning and managing procurement and other linked processes in scope of global and local procedures and regulations

·         Defining and measuring procurement KPI’s and managing local/global reporting processes

·         Optimizing efficiency, improving and digitalizing processes

·         Attending global procurement ING activities/projects and being in coordination with other countries/departments about global projects

·         Monitoring and tracking KYS (Know Your Supplier) process and monitoring status of ING

·         Managing procurement projects within time, cost and quality constraints

·         Implementing controls in procurement and related processes, tracking and monitoring KCT’s
