It is a high-end technology firm with reputable technical leaders and expert developers, providing enterprise-level consultancy and turn key projects in the banking, ecommerce and payment systems market.

We are looking for Business Analyst who have the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technologies or related fields,
• Good communication skills to assist both development team and business units, 
• Analytical and creative thinking skills to solve problems,
• Eager to learn new business domains, technologies and methodologies, 
• Self-motivation in a team based environment with strong initiative and enthusiasm,
• A passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Finance Industry is a plus, 
• Experienced in SQL,
• Knowledge about software development methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Waterfall is a plus. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Mainly responsible for delivering process of all IT products and solutions to business units and stakeholders. Within this purpose;

• Analyzing and processing of requirements with business units,
• Creating analysis document to ensure the fullfilment of business and techical needs, 
• Communication with development team in order to turn related requirements into a software application,
• Coordinating the communication between development team and business units,
• Organizing and maintaining project plan with business units or project managers etc. according to recent updates.
