Supply Chain Logistics and Operations Specialist

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• Experience with import, export customs brokerage, warehousing, stock management , documentation and Supply Chain International operations
• Excellent communication and time management skills to be able to coordinate multiple market demands at the same time
• Fluent in English and daily communication with international stakeholders
• Well- organized analytical and quick problem solvers to ensure efficiency and flexibilty
• Customer service and negotiation skills to deal with the demands of overseas and local distributors
• Familiar with different modes of transportation( air, sea and road transport )
• Familiar with computer programs eg Microsoft Office, SAP , QAD  although some training may be offered

İŞ TANIMI

• Part of a team where your role is vital to the success of the operation and so being able to work as a team player is really important.
• Job involves ensuring the correct paperwork is in place for shipments and their exporters
• Accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
• Responsible for the allocation of stock to bookings and process shipments in accordance with SOP
• Manage data for international shipments and provide support for many steps of the transportation process
• Shipment planning , management of service providers, general warehousing and coordinating the operators as per the upcoming plans
• Track shipments across multiple channels ,monitor entire process of cargo movement
• Will be expected to prepare and provide documents to customers in accordance with the terms of shipment standard operating procedure
• Can work with FCL (Full Container Loads) and LCL (Less Container Loads). to complete customs procedures and work with appointed routed agents and company operated services.
