We are looking for a "EXPORT RESPONSIBLE" to join our workforce for Istanbul Region.

• University degree in related field,
• Excellent English both spoken and written,
• More than 2 years of experience in export operations,
• Strong presentation and strong interpersonal skills,
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills,
• Excellent team player,
• Good command in MS Office Applications (especially in Excel),
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No restriction to travel abroad.
• Should reside in Europe side of Istanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• System entries of expenses invoices(freight, custom consultancy, ,insurance &etc…),
• Prepare approval reports for Expenses montly,
• Handling the Turkey free zone shipments (operation & documentation),
• Handling the Hyosung Europe regular shipments (operation , documentation and 3rd party communication),
• Take care of Export files archievings convenient to Iso 9001, 27001 & YYS.,
• Preparing department’s approval reports on sap,
• Interacting with accounting departments for Export payments overdues, less payments etc.
