QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor's degree in ICT (IT or Telecommunications) engineering or equivalent;
Good Knowledge in one of the following Communication Systems:
Wireless network, Radio access network,Core network, Transmission, Data communication, Access network;
Excellent written and oral communication in English;
Working experience in the related field is preferable but not mandatory;
Proactive, hard-working, adaptive for different projects implementation simultaneously.
Supporting pre-sales bidding projects in Telecommunications field;
Working with bid documents (requests from customers): product solutions design, response to RFI/RFP/RFQ, proposal writing, statement of compliance response, etc.;
Communication within international team members to resolve working items.

İŞ TANIMI
The Bidding Engineer will be responsible to support pre-sales bidding related activities in order to establish, develop and seize the business opportunities in relation to bidding projects involving products such as LTE/UMTS/GSM/WIMAX/CDMA, IMS/NGN/PS/CS and Carrier IP/Transmission/Access Network. The scope of this position shall include but not limited to the following list of job duties and responsibilities;Supporting pre-sales bidding projects in Telecommunications field;
Working with bid documents (requests from customers): product solutions design, response to RFI/RFP/RFQ, proposal writing, statement of compliance response, etc.;
Communication within international team members to resolve working items.

Less than 10 years of experience
