We are currently looking for a Order Management - Logistics Manager for HTL Fashion.

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years in managerial level
• Expert in the area of shipping documentation, supply chain management and trade terms and regulations including incentives in logistics function of sourcing office 
• Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded 
• Well-developed people management skills, ability to lead and inspire teams to accomplish objectives 
• Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English 
• Literate in Microsoft office programs 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide direction and input to the team regarding logistics and customs arrangements
• Maintain effective business relationships with customers and service providers to ensure provision of quality and cost-effective shipping services
• Review shipment reports and keep the track of productivity
• Provide direction and instructions for the preparation of shipping documentation to facilitate customs clearance and compliance with customer requirements
• Supervise the team to ensure shipment arrangements are in order
• Work closely with Turkey factory on shipment planning and organization
• Monitor the shipping documentation to facilitate shipment arrangements 
• Plan and implement the local supply chain strategy, in order to increase efficiency and profitability
• Management of third party logistic service provider to ensure smooth warehouse operations and delivery to customers, according to the agreed KPI’s 
• Ensure effective and efficient use of Li & Fung’s Supply Chain systems
• Lead the team and customs brokers regarding the incentives follow up
• Manage the customers based on payment terms (letter of credit, documents against payment)
• Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve logistics needs, opportunities, tendencies and their impact on the entire supply chain
• Look for opportunities to simplify and streamline all work tasks to remove duplication and non-value adding activities
• Develop variable and fixed logistics budgets as well as provide duty rates for pricing
• Supervise verification of service providers’ invoices
• Maintain up to date knowledge of customs requirements and procedures and inform suppliers, production teams and customers to update working procedures in line with changes
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
