• Bachelor's degree from Business Administration, Economics or related programme,
• At least 5 years experience in contract management process,
• Having participated in international sales and export processes is a plus,
• Computer skills - being adept with MS Office and SAP system,
• Good command of English (both spoken & written),
• Strong organization, planning, and coordination skills and analytical, detail oriented,
• Good communication skills,
• Good team player, with strong problem-solving

İŞ TANIMI

• We are looking for someone systematic, detail oriented, and attentive who can be the key node between the Operations Department connecting everything with the Sales Team,
• You will be responsible for making sure that offer/quotation requests by the sales teams are submitted properly, processed through pricing, developed into an offer, and submitted back to the sales teams in a timely fashion,
• You will also be ensuring that the necessary reports are submitted from the sales teams, and with an attentive eye you will ensure that if there is anything missing, they are completed before the deadlines,
• Cooperate with planning department for production planning,
• Cooperate with quality department to deal with the customer complaint problems,
• Support the international sales operations management at every step of the process,
• Shippment planning with the logistics department and preparation of the necessary invoicing procedures for shipments,
• Follow-up of shipment and payment of projects
