Position: Production Engineer

Location: Bursa

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manufacturing/production engineer in a machining or mechanical manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of CNC programming and cutting tools is an advantage
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Analytical mindset with the ability to remain resilient and focused in high-stress conditions
• Strong follow-up and result-oriented approach
• Team player with the ability to take initiative and eagerness to learn
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa

Job Description:

• Define and implement new automation/technological processes to support manufacturing activities, ensuring operational performance targets are met and maintaining a stable production process in serial
• Define, plan, coordinate, and oversee projects for implementing new processes and equipment
• Lead the team assigned to each project
• Control the budget allocated for each project
• Drive the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
• Define production processes and methods for each product
• Lead the implementation of action plans to execute defined production processes
• Lead the standardization and continuous improvement of production processes to meet plant production objectives in terms of health, safety, environment, quality, and productivity
• Collaborate in benchmark activities with other plants and companies
• Follow up on mass production according to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage teams
