Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Foreign Trade or related fields,
• Proficiency in communication, coordination, and planning, with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, with a preference for candidates with customer management experience.
• Proficiency in SAP SD is mandatory, while experience with SAP WM & MM Modules is an asset.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Excellent fluency in both written and spoken English,
• Exceptional customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness and availability for both domestic and international travel.

Job Description:

As a Logistics Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for all logistics-related inquiries from customers.
• Efficiently processing customer orders and demands within the SAP system.
• Collaborating closely with production planning and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensuring timely delivery of goods as per customer requirements and expectations.
• Generating and presenting relevant reports to management as needed.
• Facilitating effective coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve customer service, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
