Mechanical Systems Team Leader

We are looking for a teammate in the position of Design Team Leader for the Mechanical Systems team of our company, which provides design and engineering services in local and international platforms in the Automotive, Maritime and Defense industries.

The qualification we look for in our teammate candidate are;

· Graduating from the Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automotive / Engineering departments of universities,

· Having system design and validation experience in Defense Industry, Agriculture and Construction Equipment, Automotive projects,

· Having knowledge of basic engineering subjects and related calculations such as Engineering Materials, Material Mechanics, Machine Design, Machine Elements, Rigid Body Mechanics,

· To be able to produce solutions to engineering problems in different fields that can meet technical requirements, technological and cost criteria,

· Having knowledge and experience in technical drawing, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T),

· Preferably have knowledge and experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems,

· Being able to use at least one of Siemens NX and CATIA programs effectively,

· Preferably have knowledge and experience in Multibody Dynamics (MBD) simulations,

· Have a good command of written and spoken English,

· Having a structure open to development and strong communication,

· Ability to work effectively individually and in a team,

· No travel restrictions,

· Being able to drive actively,

Job description;

. Managing and guiding mechanical systems team with total headcount more than 5

· Conducting benchmark and feasibility studies on the system for which he is responsible,

· Developing solutions that meet the relevant technical requirements, technological and cost criteria for engineering problems in different sectors and projects and transforming these solutions into manufacturable designs,

· Preparing 3D/2D CAD data, design verification plan, test procedure, bill of materials, product tree, DFMEA and similar documentation for the designed systems,

· Performing the necessary analytical calculations and kinetic/kinematic analysis for the subsystems and components included in the designs,

· Designing the test fixtures required for the physical validation of the relevant systems, preparing test procedures and managing validation studies,

· Conducting necessary supplier negotiations for the components to be used in the designed system and managing the process.
