We are currently seeking a Business Development Specialist to be appointed at our sister company, Centriplus Separation Technologies.

Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Engineering
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proven team player demonstrating capabilities in communication, interpersonal skills, well developed problem-solving skills; solid organizational skills; and the ability to be self-directed and able to effectively relate to all levels of an organization
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to take a proactive approach to problem identification and a creative approach to resolution
• Experience and strong computer skills especially in MS Excel and preferably in MS Powerpoint & MS Project
• Willingness to improve him/herself
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Has no restriction for traveling
• Has to reside in Aydin

Job Description

• Facilitate proposal requests from clients with prompt and professional responses.
• Assist in identifying, quantifying, and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Manage the order process effectively.
• Review customer proposals, ensuring all necessary information is obtained.
• Coordinate and monitor the review process, ensuring timely responses within specified deadlines.
• Develop comprehensive customer proposals and oversee the process internally and externally.
• Support risk and opportunity analysis, as well as gap analysis studies.
• Participate in the transfer of information to internal project teams for review, assessment, and implementation of contracted work packages.
• Take an active role in sustainability initiatives.
• Develop and monitor reports for departmental KPIs and the Strategic Plan.
• Support and contribute to marketing activities.
