Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA/ MS degree in Management is a plus,
• Preferable min. 5 years of similar work experience,
• Take part of business development projects,
• Experienced in insurance sector is a plus,
• Experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio is a plus,
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken),
• Innovative, strategic judgment, clear thinker, change oriented, strong communication skills, analytics, result& quality oriented,
• Good knowledge on sales strategies, will be able to work without compromising job quality on tight deadlines,
• Follow the new sales projects trends closely and take care of new techniques and technologies in this field,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

What you’ll do

• Support like a consultant to business development projects,
• Management of the Strategic Planning and Executive support,
• Follow-up, support and reporting of Corporate Strategic Initiatives,
• Successful of sales activities and offer management both written and verbal communication,
• Build strong relationship with customers to enable open communication,
• Understand the customers’ business strategy and industry direction and manage a long term, sustainable business portfolio,
• Help customers solve difficult business challenges by aligning our value proposition with their business objectives,
• Follow customer agreements and invoices.
