Skills / Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in a scientific or engineering discipline

·         Experience in Quality Management Standarts (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, etc.)

·         Experience in overseeing/participating in quality investigations, undertaking root cause analysis, developing corrective action plans and ensuring the effectiveness of actions undertaken to strengthen quality in the Sector

·         Requirement to keep up to date with changes in the quality landscape and maintain personal professional development

·         B Class Occupational Safety Certificate owner

·         Knowledgable in HSE legal procedures and directives as well as related business law and Social Security legislations

·         Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with engagement skills necessary for the ability to work with colleagues across different levels of the organization

·         Strong collaboration skills, responsive to project needs and demands in fast changing environment

·         High caliber problem solving and analytical skills

·         Professional level of English is a must, both oral and written

Responsibilities:

·         Primary responsible of the company wide Quality Assurance, Quality Control and HSE policies and processes

·         To regulate and control the validity of the Quality Management System in accordance with related ISO standards,

·         Determining the quality policy and quality targets and ensuring that the quality targets are adopted by all employees,

·         To prepare and keep Quality Management System documents as well as planning and conducting internal audits,

·         To follow the legislation on electrical appliances to make the necessary arrangements and to inform the necessary people,

·         Ensuring the evaluation of suppliers and requesting improvement from the suppliers with problems, Internal and external correspondence for complaints from customers,

·         To determine the calibration needs of the equipment in the company, to make the calibration and to keep records,

·         Approving the rejection, acceptance or conditional acceptance of the materials and products at the input, process and final product stages,

·         To provide quality, safety and environmental trainings to company employees within the framework of Quality Management System,

·         Implement and administer organizational SHE policies, programs, practices and procedures.

·         Grow the awareness of SHE throughout the company via audits and assessments to determine development needs and identified gaps (at both a macro and micro level) and effectuate programs to close the gap

·         Partner with department leads to understand SHE concerns, opportunities, and gaps and provide solutions to close the gaps

·         Support SHE investigations and ensure appropriately reporting to company leadership occurs
