PROGRAM OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

We are looking for energetic and young professionals who are interested in building a career in fashion industry. If you’re enthusiastic to work in this sector, you are more than welcome to join us.

The purpose of the program is to develop, candidate’s communication skills, to give a wider information about fashion industry and the workplace policies of the sector. Learning time management methods to be more efficient at work and also, at your daily life. The candidates could learn the decision making processes in the stores and have an idea about how it helps to create a loyal customer portfolio, how it effects the work quality. How to be a good team member. Finally, it gives a possibility to learn managerial abilities/ qualifications. 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Having a bachelor degree (Fresh graduate or must have graduated within 1 year from the date of advert.)

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

• Having strong interest in fashion

• Having excellent communication skills, self-motivated

• Team worker   

WHAT WE OFFER YOU?

Guess Retail Management Trainee Program provides you a training program during 6 months. At the end of 6 months you will graduate the program and according to your performance you will be assigned as an Assistant Store Manager in our Istanbul located stores.
