• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
• Max 7 years sales experience
• Dynamic, strong interpersonal and high customer orientation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good command of MS Office applications

As Groupe SEB Istanbul, we are looking for a "Retail Sales Area Manager" for our Retail Department.

• Achieving the sales and resale objectives of its sector in compliance with the network's commercial policy, developing business volumes with distributors while ensuring permanent market changes.
• Ensure the achievement of the sales and resale objectives of its sector in accordance with the commercial policy of the network by ensuring optimum monitoring of distributors (customer coverage, referrals, merchandising)
• Contribute to the image of reliability and seriousness of the Company by developing with its customers, in addition to commercial qualities, relationships of trust based on the respect of the commitments made.
• Strengthen the responsiveness of the network by immediately and systematically transmitting relevant information from the field, and applying those coming from the hierarchy
