POSITION : Senior Account Manager
WORKING LOCATION : Istanbul/ Turkey
SCOPE OF WORK:
Report to General Manager of GRGTR / Regional Director of Turkey
Works on a defined set of customer accounts and develop new customers
Works with other Lines of Business (LOB’s)
Works towards an allocated Sales target
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Primary focus is on business development, developing a strategy and sales plan to address the designated accounts. Account planning and opportunity planning of targeted accounts
· Accountable for building relationships, defining customer needs and match with GRG solutions. Serving as the liaison between the customer and GRG for customer escalating any roadblocks to securing the business
· Manage sales projects and control the selling process
· Preparation of Proposals, Tender Responses
· Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreement;
· Qualifying leads and prioritising opportunities
· Maintaining an understanding of competitive activity relevant to sector
· Provide foresight recommendation for future development, such as new market development, new product design.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1) Bachelor’s Degree or above
2) 8 plus years work experience in sales and marketing in Turkey, Bank IT or ATM related experience, 5 plus years work experience with track records in sales management, have the company's Management experience will be preferred;
3) Extended experience in direct and channel sales and customer relationship development & management; Wide and good connection with top managements of Turkish banks preferred;
4) Strong negotiation and aggressive sales skills;
5) Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
6) Ability to work under pressure;
7) Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable;
8) No military obligation for male candidates (or military obligation should be postponed for two years);
9) Based in Istanbul
10) Excellent communication skills both in English and Turkish
11) Have Driving License
