QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (BS/MS) in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics) Department
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of English
• Strongly creative with an analytical mind , result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic
• Flexible, and able to adapt to learn TPM methods and philosophy
• Having mechatronics knowledge &  PLC, Control & Automation tools
• Mechanical installation knowledge
• Technical drawing knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS office programs
• AutoCad knowledge 
• No restriction for travel in and out of country
• Completed military service for male candidate
• Driving licence (class B)
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

To be employed in Production Department

• Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities in production lines to provide continuous and high performance production
• Plan the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities
• Reporting planned maintenance activities,
• Supporting maintenance members skill improvement trainnigs
• Take an active role about factory energy management process and support the energy saving and efficiency projects
• Manage process improvement projects
• Manage new equipment projects, improve systems regarding the requirements of factory
• Working with Production Engineering Department for the investment projects
• Taking actions and making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects
• Spare parts management, determining the needs, monitoring and supplying
