QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

A leading electronics company is looking for a “Sales Manager” to lead and execute company’s expansion strategies. 

Job Description 

• Lead and develop department strategies to achieve business objectives
• Manage and coach sales team to assure sales and profitability targets and team motivation
• Define sales team needs for personal development
• Design and implement strategic sales plan and annual sales budget
• Develop “How to win” commercial strategies
• Improve and build new sales strategies by following technological trends and developments
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
• Prepare and execute “Key Accounts Plans” with sales team  
• Orchestrate entire sales process to maximize customer satisfaction
• Ensure sales department works cross functionally with other departments
• Report monthly, yearly sales and profitability reports as well as product, market and competition analysis reports


General Qualifications 

  • 10-15 year sales management experience in electronics sector
  • University degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, MBA is a plus
  • Strong team player and fast adapter to a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Sales-focus and customer-oriented approach
  • High level of negotiation and communication skills 
  • Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation 
  • While not a technical role, the candidates should have demonstrated technical aptitude enables them to engage with customers at technical levels.
  • Experience in marketing is a plus
  • Good command of English 
  • No travel restriction, able to work %80 of time in the field
  • No military obligation for male candidates
