• Graduated from Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Material, Electrical/Electronics and Metallurgical Engineering departments of universities,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive sector in the Production Department and 5 years of this experience as a department manager,
• Preferably experienced in production,
• Preferably experienced in plastic injection production, plastic injection machines and processes,
• Preferably knowladge in lean manufacturing techniques,
• A good team player, capable of problem solving, result oriented,
• Having information about IATF 16949 and QDMS quality system,
• Experienced in SAP ERP programme,
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage multiple production departments simultaneously,
• Continuously monitor production scrap and create reduction activities,
• İmplement lean manufacturing techniques to operation floors as continuous improvement actions,
• Prepare and present the annual operational budget of the production,
• Prepare plans and execute them to accomplish KPIs related with operational cost,
• Achieve yearly production plan on time as targeted,
• Manage overtime, absenteeism, suggestion system, 5S subjects,
• Show strong attitude in production management related disciplinary matters,
• Closely follow up OEE efficiency metrics and take countermeasure when necessary,
• Be proactive to reach required operational safety level and maintain desired KPIs,
• Lead new projects and automation activities related to capacity increase,
• Monitor the technological developments in the field of activity and to ensure the adaptation of the appropriate ones to the factory,
• Follow up the maintenance activities for all the machinery and equipment in the production, to ensure that they are carried out regularly and on time.
