QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing all HR functions, setting the policies and develop & drive a solid Performance and Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and Employee Branding strategy 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationship with employees and management teams
  • Ensure integrated end to end HR services in the areas of talent acquisition, employee retention, learning & development, employee relations & performance management
  • Execute best practice HR implementations and systems
  • Meet external & internal recruitment targets in cooperation with the business line
  • Provide guidance to business lines, workforce planning and also succession planning
  • Career path design for employees


Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years in HR and having min 5 years as a HR Business Partner
  • University Degree (Master Degree is a plus)
  • Manufacturing and Industrial Relations experience (preferably FMCG sector)
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Solid experience as a HR Generalist in terms of HR functions (recruitment, performance etc)
  • Relevant experience in global compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition programs management
  • Fluent in English
