QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is one of the leader aluminum factories that meet the current and future expectations of different sectors such as awning pergola, construction, and special profiles to adopt environmentally friendly production systems.

As their Recruitment Consultant, we are looking for a Foreign Trade Specialist for their growing organization.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field,
  • 3-5 years of experience in export trade
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic and/or German is a plus as a secondary language
  • Good at  process follow up and the required reporting,
  • Having customs knowledge and experience in customs legislation,
  • Efficient in using MS Office and other relevant computer-based programs,
  • Enhanced problem-solving skills,
  • Analytical and strong interpersonal skills such as planning, self-motivation, determination,
  • Team player, open to new learning and improvement,
  • Result and quality-oriented approach,
  • Persuasive and self-motivated strategic thinker with good communicational skills,
  • No restrictions for traveling abroad,
  • Live or ready to live Başakşehir, İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assisting and tracking marketing and sales activities,
  • Seeking new business opportunities as well as maintaining and supporting existing activities,
  • Analyzing all new business opportunities to expand the business and maintain an efficient portfolio,
  • Visiting the existing export markets to keep the customer relations warm and to find new customers or dealers,
  • Preparing all necessary import/export documentation and reports
  • Following the processes from the ordering to the delivery of the goods.
  • Managing the operational process(preparing documents, managing transport, and customs process).
