We are looking for a team-mate to work as a “Financial Reporting Responsible” in our Head Office located in Ankara with the following qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or other Administrative Science departments from a reputable university,
• 4-6 years of experience in one of the big 4 audit firms, dominating IFRS reporting and consolidation,
• Excellent command of verbal and written in English,
• Consolidation experience is a plus,
• Preferably experienced in ERP systems,
• Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment,
• Strong ability of analytical thinking, team work, interaction and negotiation skills,
• Excellent command of MS-Office Applications with advanced Excel and Word skills
• SAP experience, CPA or CFA degree/nomination is a plus,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

Job Description

• Preparing quarterly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports and notes in accordance with IFRS and TFRS 
• Performing quarterly CBT (Central Bank of Turkey) reporting
• Performing yearly reporting of BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency)
• Performing quarterly financial statements analytical reviews at consolidated level and reporting to the top management
• Managing and coordinating relations with various parties including external auditors
• Preparing management reports with regard to projects and segment performances
• Following up the organizational changes within the Group (merger, acquisitions, sales etc.) and application of the changes on the financial statements
• Providing assistance for documentation work with regard to several fields (including but not limited to audit, tenders, national and international organizations)
• Providing assistance for monitoring the covenants and undertakings under financing agreements and take necessary actions as needed
