DESIGN RESPONSIBLE

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture plus a minimum of five years (10)related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities, high proficiency with computer design applications and software
• No obstacle for work abroad
• Excellent communication skills, excellent business and technical writing
• Strong client management skills.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for managing the design throughout the project
• Preparing Take-Off and method of Statements
• Preparing Technical Specifications
• Managing Documentation such as RFI, Design Log etc.
• Managing the Design within Budget
• Proposing, evaluating and implementing value engineering items without sacrificing the intent of the design
• Review and verify design drawings and other technical documentation prepared by others to ensure correctness and accuracy in form, fit and function.
• Draws up blueprints, using Computer Aided Design (CAD) packages
• International project management and consultancy firms and turn-key contracting projects with the experience of working on the side of the contractor,
• Developing and analyzing architectural and application projects; managed the harmonization of static, electrical and mechanical projects with each other,
• Provide interdisciplinary coordination and supervision,
• To ensure coordination and communication with the project owner and to check the compliance of the activities carried out by the project owners with the company policies and rules
• Successful, strong representation skills in communication and relationship management, Competence in problem solving, result-oriented work and time management
• Responsible for managing the project designs including selection, preparing methods of statements.

• Managing the design within approved project budgets and ensuring that all design documents are fully coordinated
