QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
  • In-depth knowledge, understanding and practise of customer experience management
  • Professional experience on customer journey, service and experience design, process and channel development, relative project management, CRM tools, customer analytics etc  
  • Min 10 years job experience and 4 years management experiences 
  • Human-oriented personality with high energy level and flexibility
  • Strong leadership, customer-oriented thinking, innovation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • No military obligation for male candidates


Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for Customer Experience roadmap of company, from zero to hero
  • Define and set the customer KPIs in accordance with regulation and customer's expectations, also monitoring and reporting to top management
  • Design, plannnig and execution of customer-oriented improvements on service and channel processes
  • Management of CX team

Preferred Candidate

More than 8 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
Class B
