We are looking for an HR Operations Analyst (Temp - 1 Year Contract) to be employed in our client.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Data Collection,

Compare countries payroll to of SAP data, report discrepancies and submit for approval,

External employee and Intern Support (hiring/payroll/transfer/exit/benefits),

Calculation of Long Term Leaves & Return Dates,

Payroll Invoice Approvals,

Checking and collecting monthly payroll variance and audit reports from Vendors,

Post-payroll reportings,

Accrual Reporting (Seniority, Annual Leave, Bonus),

SAP Data Accuracy Reporting,

Adhoc Reporting (HRBP Tagging, PI profiles, staffcards etc.),

Presentation preparation for Monthly Management Meetings, Townhalls, etc.,

Legal Document Collection for Court Cases,

Social Security & Tax Related Issues documentation collection and submission,

Personnel Files Accuracy (onboarding + offboarding documents),

Completion of Exit Documents,

Mobility Documentation,

Employee Questions related to HR/Admin processes,

Eform guidance when necessary,

HR e-forms filling when required,

FAQ Updates,

SAP Super User,

Coordination of payback of maternity / long term leaves with Finance,

Salary Review Statements - Signature follow up,

Sales Incentive Process Support.
