Maintenance Engineer

GEFEST is Korean automotive parts supplier part of YOUNGSAN GROUP located in Arslanbey OSB, an industrial complex in Izmit, Turkey, and manufactures automotive sheet metal components and sound absorption material.

• BS/MS degree in Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechatronic ,Mechanical )
• Knowledge on electrical-automation systems, PLC, robot and press machinemaintenance is a plus,
  
• Hydraolic and pneumatic applications.
• 5S and TPM knowledge is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS office programs,
• Excellent command of English (interviews will be conducted in English)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn new subjects,
• Compatible with flexible working hours and difficult conditions
• Completed military service,
• Live/Willing to live in Kocaeli, 

İŞ TANIMI

• To develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure the functionality
• To plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• To allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors, etc.)
• To monitoring equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• To monitoring expenses and control budget for maintenance
• To lead and manage the maintenance team
• To manage relationships with contractors and service provider
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Taking actions and making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects
• Supporting new equipment projects, improve systems regarding the requirements of factory
