Background:

Gaziantep Industrial Design and Hybrid Modelling Center - GETHAM A.Ş.  is looking for a Project Management Expert.

GETHAM was established in May 2018 under the program of EU Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance –IPA. The Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology and European Union have financed the GETHAM Project between 2016-2017. The Project was implemented by KOSGEB Gaziantep and Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce during this time. After the completion of the project, the Center was assigned to the GCC within the protocol between KOSGEB  and Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce.

The mission of the center is to increase the competitiveness of SMEs, to develop innovation, entrepreneurship and increase design and product development capacities in Gaziantep and its region.

Description of duties:

The Project Management Expert works for the operation and process of the projects under the direct supervision of the General Director of GETHAM A.Ş.  The expert supports the implementation of the projects of the company. 

Full-time post with the following responsibilities:

• Ensures that  projects proceed in accordance with the timetable
• Maintain and update the map of project activities
• Preparation of the project progress reports like narrative reports 
• Support the procurement processes and to ensure compliance with the project's budget/regulations.
• Organization of the activities of projects like training programs, seminars, etc.   
• Follow up  activities
• Project Proposal writing

Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from university  (business administration, economy, international relations,  industrial engineering or in relevant subject areas )
• Excellent spoken and written Turkish and English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Able to effectively use MS Office and other software applications
