QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Fresenius Medical Care Turkey is the premier healthcare company focused on providing the highest quality care to people with renal and other chronic conditions. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will be able to work for  our Supply Chain Department.

Responsibilities

  • ·         Leads planning function to coordinate with key stakeholders (commercial team, Sales Operations, production, Supply Center , Supply Chain team in Headquarter) to manage forecast, to set up production short term and long term planning according to rolling forecast and capacity. Ensure finish goods and  inventory, to balance inventory and risk
  • ·         Plan, perform and execute logistics and customer services operations including full operating cost and inventory responsibility.
  • ·         Leads material planning function to ensure smooth supply, optimize material planning to achieve a balance between inventory level and risk of supply shortage
  • ·         To sure the product supply service level could achieve company targets.
  • ·         Leads logistic function, including imports and exports tasks, also ensure smooth supply to all domestic customers
  • ·         Ensure the safe operation of warehousing activities, and cost optimization of warehouse storage
  • ·         Have wide knowledge about "product tracking system" and carry on the implementation process
  • ·         Management experience in custom bonded-warehouse operation and logistics for the pharma sector
  • ·         Complies with global strategies (systems, tools, and processes) and directives

Qualifications

  • ·         Education/Experience: Bachelor or above degree majored in Business Management, Supply Chain or relating subject,
  • ·         6+ years of management experience in relevant field
  • ·         Specific knowledge & skills: Good knowledge in Logistics, warehouse operation, inventory control, and production planning. Good negotiation skills.
  • ·         Proficiency in verbal and written English is a must, Proficiency in German is an asset.
  • ·         Good skill in the computer, communication, problem-solving, analysis skill and strong leadership.
  • ·         Have strong team management skills
  • ·         System knowledge is a must (SAP/APO) and Excel with a very strong demand & Supply planning and warehouse management knowledge·
