QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

* Managing potential and existing customers

* Preparing deals, offering deals to customers and negotiations( It could be daily,monthly,quarterly orannually based).

* Huntering the new customer in thebusiness and  arrange the meeting with the existing customer to increase their budget and set up meetings with customers in accordance with the monthly targets.

* Presenting the new seasons and projects to the customers and agencies during the meetings.

* Daily following up the below points about his/her responsible areas;

 - Following up the customer based “GRP”.

 - Following up the length

 - The comparison of other competitors in the sector.

 - Following up the agreements and budget.

 - Monitoring and evaluating the daily, weekly and monthly reports.

* Arranging the meeting with agencies to increase the price, add additional spot.

* Managing the broadcast process from beginning to end.

 - Preparing the broadcast notification form and entering them to the system.

 - When it is necessary, preparing the requireddocuments to introduce thecustomers to the system and arranging the meeting with the new customers to set up the payment process.

* Controlling the legal and financial aspects of finalized agreements with relevant departments, and carrying out the deals.

* Dealing with the problematic agreements which is reported by Sales Support Team.

Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree with successful academic record.

Candidates with up to 1 years of experience or new graduates.

Fluent in English both verbal and written, German and/or French as additional language is an asset.

Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office.

* Able to keep up with dynamic environment of Media.

* Proactive, creative and visionary.

* Excellent negotiation, communication and networking skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and agencies.

* Drive, self-motivated, high on achievement; result-oriented, able to work with team.

* Eager to build a career in Advertising Sales.

* Flexible for traveling.

* Completed military service for male candidates.
