We are currently looking for a Technology and Innovation Specialist . The position will be based on Sancaktepe / İstanbul and candidates should have the following qualifications: 

•Preferably, BSc degree in Computer, Electronics or Mathematics Engineering.

•Has at least 3 years Working Life experience.

•Has at least 2 years experience in Technology Innovation and/or R&D Management.

•Has experience in using the resources needed to follow the Technology Trends systematically.

•Has enthusiasm and willingness to pursue Continuous Research and learn New Technologies and Methods.

•Has experience in realization of Rapid Prototyping approaches with Agile Methodology.

•Able to adapt to work with the teams that implement Agile Methodology.

•Has strong Individual Motivation.

•Preferably, has knowledge on some of: Software Development Methodologies, Technologies and Languages such as Web-based Multilayer Application/API Development with ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, Entity Framework, Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL, Web Services, SOAP, API, REST, JSON and XML.

•Advanced Level English.

•Military service completed for male candidates

Responsibilities

•Systematically follow the emerging IT Technology Innovations, Disruptive Trends and the existing Technologies that is not yet implemented within the Company.

•Evaluate the competencies of Company, Technology and Products by working with Companies, including Startups that develop Potential Technologies. For this purpose, prepare the POC Scenarios for the work to be done with the Companies, prepare RFP and Technical Specifications for the Technology Solutions/Products to be obtained from the Companies.

•Partcipate into Project-Based Innovation Teams for Potential Technologies selected by IT Management within the scope of Technology Innovation in order to help creation of New Experiences and Services within the Company and continuously integrate the best of them into the operations of the organization. Perform Technology Experiments using Rapid Prototyping approaches, carry out Project works required to obtain prototypes, provide the necessary guidance, documentation and information for the transfer of prototypes to other IT Units when they reach operational maturity.

•Report the status of the Technology Innovation works and the activities performed.
