Candidates should have the following qualifications: 

 - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering 

 - Using analytical analysis tools to manage problems. 

 - Excellent verbal and written skills in English 

 - Excellent communication skills at all levels 

Job Description:

 - Takes the full responsibility of  an engine and/or powertrain product at Ford Otosan Eskisehir PTO Plant in serial production. 

 - Develops manufacturing/assembly processes by studying product requirements. 

 - Conducts the procurement and implementation process of all machine /equipment / tools for the new PTO product. 

 - Ensures all quality documentation for the product are prepared in conformance to Ford Otosan standards. 

 - Ensures that the layout studies are prepared / approved and implemented to suit the requirements of the plant and the product.

 - Conducts the PPAP/PSW studies for the process changes and the running chnge. 

 - Conducts investment feasibility studies for potential projects.
