Since its foundation in 1968, Fibertex has continuously expanded and today, manufactures nonwovens for customers are all over the world for many different applications.

Now, we are looking for a Production Engineer with the following qualifications for the textile sector who is going to work in the Production Team at Çerkezköy / Tekirdağ Nonwoven Fibertex Factory.

Essential responsibilities include:

-Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible production operations and quality. In addition, planning, organizing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.

-Assisting production activities through the production planning ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely.

-Monitoring operations and trigger corrective actions. Implements and maintains preventative actions.

-To ensure the activities carried out in all parts of the workplace in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety legislation and general Occupational Safety rules,

-Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports. Referring to Production Manager. -Collecting and analysing data to find places of waste or overtime. Control labour overtime,

- Track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

- Take part in the execution of the documentation related to the production department,

-Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.

- Investigating root cause of non-conformities. Internally or externally.

- Coordination and control of production personnel during production stages.

- Calculating OEE and Tracking KPI results.

Qualification Required :

-Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Having a degree in Textile Engineering and Manufacturing Engineer fields or equivalent.  

-Previous experience is not required but if so, it will be considered as an advantage.

-Excellent English language is required. Speaking and Writing.

-Having knowledge about ISO 9001 -2015, ISO 14001 2015, FSC, PEFC and EDENA standards will be consider as an advantage.

-Excellent Microsoft office knowledge is necessary and knowledge about Microsoft Dynamics Ax and ERP system will be consider as an advantage.

-Knowledge of MS Office programs is a must.

-Advance analysis and reporting capability. Planning and organization, Problem solving, communication, working for details, management skills required.

-Dynamic, Team Player and thinking analytically.

-Willing to work in production area with nonwoven production lines and improving self-skills.

-Taking active roles in quality and as well production processes.

-Have driving license and actively use.

-No travel restriction

-Living or to be able to live in Tekirdağ/ Çerkezköy, Kızılpınar or Kapaklı.
